The last few days i have been nearly bedridden with some sort of Flu-ishness... AFter being in texas for a couple days, and now this i have hardly been around....
The two roughing the passer penalties have taken a win from the Best team in the NFL right now, let's hope that this early loss will have no major Playoff impacts for the Baltimore Ravens. There is a reason Lunatic in charge Roger Goodell let Lewis and Ed Reed off from league sanctions for their bearting of the officials. There was little to know reason the flag should have been thrown, so why punish them for being right about the calls.

I saw on Espn, Conservative Radio Personality Rush Limbaugh is planning on Joining with Dave Checketts ( the owner of the Saint Louis Blues... St. Louis's hockey team... Ya it's hockey season.... and there stillare american teams. ). I'm not sure how i feel about this. Frankly, it seems like the rams are in need of some help, and based on the resurgence of Hockey in St. Louis ( they could be a playoff team this year after several season in the abyss ) Checkett's might be a good decision. Thinking back, though, Rush wasn't exactly popular as a color commentator. ( no pun intended ) It doesn't seem like a big money maker for him, unless they have successful plans to draft AMAZINGLY next season. In a span of 5 years the Rams have gon from fringe playof competitor, to HORRIBLE. Thay have an outside shot at Bradford gate, and with Tim Tebow and COlt McCoy right after, they have a reasonably good shot at finidng a franchise quarterback in this draft.
Is it almost basketball season ???? I wonder why I smelled the Tiger fear.
Speaking of Tiger Fear, We'll get to see if Blaine " two snaps and around the back" Gabbert is worth freshman of the year hype he has been getting. Hopefully, Ndamukong Suh will get aquianted with him quite frequently tis weekend.
If he does, and Roy Helu Jr ( IE.... the Huskers Offense ) gets banged up this weekend we could be looking at a double bonus, not that i ever cheer for injuries..... Just know we need every bonus we can find.
Sharp will probably sit out this week also, as we should be able to beat Iowa State without him. If he does play, i would expect limited action. it will be intersting to see if the Improvements on the line will hold up after a solid two weeks of Practicing. It will also be interesting to see if our Linebackers have a midseason Bounce like our Running game did last year.

Dan Hawkin's meter is now on life support with the loss to West Virginia, 1-3 in the Presseason portion has not ELiminated the possibility of a 10 win season.... but it has it gasping for breath. A loss this weekend ion Austin will pull the plug quite figuratively, though i suppose not completely..... Even with a loss in Austin, the Colorado Buffalos CAN go 7-1 to finish 8-4, they can win the NORTH by doing so, They could defeat the South champion to get 9, and they could defeat the BCS opponent they would be heavily underdog too by virtue of winning the big 12 championship game. Which would get them to 10-4. But realistically, they are done. Expect him to go sortly there after.

We have had yet another incident of insanity go on in Jyahwaker world, although it appears to be simple incident, without any "thuggery or generally stupidness"..... i will not go into anymore details.
Braylon Edwards, after punchign one of Lebron's Friends after sunday's loss to Cleveland, Is now a Jet. Interesting Side note, Lebron's Friend probably goes with him to New York next year, does this become a Two State Fight ??? Or is New York Big Enough For Braylon Edward's ego and Lebron's Posse ?
I have come out in favor of the Huskers behind the logical assertation that Strong defense and RUnning game will trump home crowd and Rookie Quarterback.... I predicted 20-13 Nebraska.
While I love the New AIC, I cannot tolerate the New Pearl Jam cd. Its horrid.
-the Niners came to terms on the deal that will bring MIchael Crabtree into the fold for 6 years..... apparently he won't make much of in impact this year, but if he works his wayout onto the field... Next year he will be on a team heading WAY UP it appears.
- Expect Aqib Talib to get a few more interceptions this week, Donovan MCNabb is back taking snaps and hitting Eagle's Defensive backs in stride. Interseting Side note, Does St Louis, behind the leadership of Checketts/ Limbaugh make a play for Donovan McNabb as a Veteran Free agent this year ???? I imagine the back half of the year will get ugly for McINTERCEPTION considering he will have alot of pressure on him, If the Eagles cut him, Does Check/Baugh make a play for him ???? Especially Considering the past history....
